Battery regeneration involves several key steps. Initially, we carefully assess the condition of the casing, cells, and other critical electronics components. We replace all cells with new ones, avoiding partial replacements that could negatively impact the battery's lifespan. If the casing shows any damage or cracks, it is replaced.
During the first phase of power tool battery reconditioning, each cell is removed and replaced with a new one. We then meticulously inspect the condition of the battery's electronic system, including thermistors and resistors, replacing them if necessary. After replacing the cells, they are connected to the electronic system and terminal contacts. After assembling the battery, we clean it thoroughly to remove any contaminants that may have accumulated during use. The process concludes with a battery function test to ensure its proper operation.
